सुर (Sur, pronounced “soor”) means musical note or tone in Hindi. Sur is a three-part sonic guided meditation and yoga series, curated and facilitated by Riddhi, a singer and certified yoga guide. In Part II, we focus on vinyasa foundations and grounding practices to get rooted.
