About the event
“Rest, Beloved” is a trauma-informed, restorative yoga and sound experience, lead by artist and yoga guide, Riddhi. This session is designed to be a nervous system reset ~ Perfect for a self-care Sunday!

This intentionally led class includes a guided yoga flow and sound meditation experience. All mats and props are set up prior to class for your leisure. Tea is provided. (Price reduced ~ There will be some recording during class for promotional purposes)
