Light Pole Flow is an intimate luxury wellness experience created for women who want to explore movement, sensuality, confidence, and strength in a peaceful, judgment-free environment. Designed especially for beginners, this small-group experience blends mindfulness with graceful movement to help you reconnect with your body in a completely new way.

We’ll begin each evening with calming breathwork, a short guided meditation, and gentle stretching before learning beginner and early-intermediate pole flow combinations at an easy, encouraging pace.
